REP-TAT-P-1122-02 Installing the flywheel

Make sure the magnet wheel (1) is installed correctly.

Replace all flywheel bolts.
Parts: Flywheel bolts

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean screw thread.

Position the flywheel and insert the screws.
Secure the flywheel with special tools 0 496 171 (11 9 811) and 0 494 793 (11 9 265) and the transmission bolt (1).

Tighten all flywheel bolts with the special tool 0 491 018 (11 4 180) .

TIGHTEN TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS

Flywheel to crankshaft
M12x1.5 Replace screws.	Joining torque	45 Nm
	Angle of rotation	40°

Unscrew the transmission bolt (1) and disassemble special tools 0 496 171 (11 9 811) and 0 494 793 (11 9 265) .
