REP-TAT-P-1112-16 Clean sealing surfaces

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE 
Damage to the surface. 
The use of metal-cutting tools (e.g. emery cloth) to clean the surfaces can damage them and lead to leaks or engine damage. 

• Do not use any metal-cutting tools.

• Remove coarse backlogs from the sealing surfaces of the cylinder head and the crankcase using special tool 0 495 103 (11 4 471)  .

• Remove fine backlogs from the sealing surfaces of the cylinder head and the crankcase using special tool 0 495 104 (11 4 472)  .

• Clean all blind holes of the cylinder head and the engine block.
• Remove special tool (B) from special tool 2 364 711  .
