12 90 150 Replace electronics box (B48)

IMPORTANT:
Read and comply with NOTES
on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection).
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove the CONTROL UNIT (DME ).
- Remove the POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX .
Removal:
Unlock cable clips (1) and release.
Unlock cable clips (2) and release.
Unlock cable clips (3) and release.
Unlock and release fuel line (1).
Unlock and disconnect plugs (2).
Loosen screws (3).
Lift electronics box (4) off the rubber mount.
Installation:
Mount electronics box (1) into the rubber mount (2) and install.
Tighten down screws (3).
Tightening torque, refer to: 12 90 1AZ
Connect connector (4) and lock.
Connector (4) must snap audibly into place.
Secure fuel line (5) to the electronics box (1).
Connect cable clips (1) and lock.
Connect cable clips (2) and lock.
Connect cable clips (3) and lock.
All cable clips must audibly engage.
Required follow-up work:
- Install the CONTROL UNIT (DME) .
- Install the POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX .
