52 26 020 Removing and refitting/replacing both rear seat backrests
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove the ARMREST SIDE SECTION
- Remove the REAR SEAT
NOTE:
A helper is required for the removal and installation of the backrest.
Left backrest:
- Undo screw (1)
Tightening torque, refer to: 52 26 01AZ.
- Fold backrest forward slightly
- Pull backrest forwards and outwards out of center mount
Installation note:
Replace screw (1).
Right backrest:
- Undo screw (1)
Tightening torque, refer to:52 26 01AZ.
- Fold backrest forward slightly
- Pull backrest forwards and outwards out of center mount
Installation note:
Replace screw (1).
