REP-TAT-P-1711-02 Installing both coolant expansion tanks

• Check the rubber mount (1) for correct fit.
• Check that the holder (2) is fitted correctly.

• Check the rubber mount (1) for correct fit on the coolant expansion tank.

• Insert the coolant expansion tank (3).
• Connect the coolant line (2) to the coolant expansion tank (3) and lock it audibly.
• Connect the connector (1) to the coolant level switch and lock it audibly.

• Guide the coolant expansion tank (2) into the latch mechanism (1) and engage it audibly.
• Connect the coolant lines (arrows) to the coolant expansion tanks and lock them audibly.

• Top up the coolant in both coolant expansion tanks to the maximum mark.
• Close the sealing cap (1) until it lines up with the arrows.
• Shut sealing cap (2).
