Replacing Center Front Panel

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Most of operation is described on the left side. Right side identical.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque: refer to FRONT BUMPER .

Unfasten screws (2).

Tightening torque: refer to FRONT BUMPER .

Release screws (1) and remove headlight holder.

Tightening torque: refer to HEADLIGHT .

Release screws (2) and place the bonnet lock directly under the front panel.

Tightening torque: refer to ENGINE COMPARTMENT LID CATCH .

Loosen screws (3).

Tightening torque: refer to FRONT BUMPER .

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque: refer to FRONT APRON .

Remove cover (2).

Press locks (1) together and pull the supporting bushing (2) out toward the top.

Remove center front panel (3).

Remount holder (1) for radiator.

Remove rubber mount (1).

Installation Note:

The fixing possibility for the stop pad (2) is omitted on the replacement part.

The stop pad (2) is omitted.

Slide lock (1) upwards in direction of arrow.

Turn the holder (2) for the rubber mount clockwise and take off.

Remount holder and rubber mount.
