REP-TAT-P-5147-01-01 Remove front entrance cover strip

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE 
Bending of plastic components. 
Application of too much force can lead to bending of plastic components. 

• Place special tool directly beside the mounting clip.
• Continue unclipping the part without using the tool if possible.

• Unclip the front door sill cover strip (1) at the clips (2) using the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325)  in the direction of arrow starting from the rear.
• If applicable, unclip the clips (1) from the floor panel (2).
