Installing both coolant expansion tanks

• Connect and lock the connector (1)  to the coolant level switch.

  The connector (1)  must engage audibly.

• Connect and lock coolant line (2). 

  The coolant line (2)  must audibly engage.

• Insert the coolant expansion tank for the high-temperature coolant circuit (3)  into the rubber mount (4).

• Insert and install the coolant expansion tank for the high-temperature coolant circuit (1). 

  The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.

• Tighten down screw (2).

• Connect and lock coolant line (3). 

  The coolant line (3)  must audibly engage.

• Top up the coolant to the maximum mark.
• Close the sealing cap (1)  until the arrows are flush.

Installing the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit 

• Insert the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit (2). 
• Connect and lock coolant line (1). 

  The coolant line (1)  must audibly engage.

• Insert and install the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit (1). 

  The lock (2)  must audibly engage.

• Tighten down screw (1).

• Connect and lock coolant line (2). 
• Feed in and install coolant line (3). 

  The locks (1)  must engage audibly.

• Secure the coolant line (3)  to the holder (4).

• Top up the coolant to the maximum mark.
• Shut sealing cap (1).
