Removing and installing/replacing insert in center armrest storage compartment

Special tools required: 

• 64 1 020 

Unclip insert (1) with special tool 64 1 020  in upward direction.

Unlock and disconnect the plug connections of the connecting socket (2).

Remove insert (1).

Replacement: 

Modify CONNECTING SOCKET(2).

Installation note: 

Catches (1) on storage compartment (2) and corresponding counter-pieces on the insert must not be damaged or missing.
