- DISCONNECT HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM FROM POWER .
- Observe Safety Information. Refer to SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS ON HANDLING HYBRID CARS for handling electric vehicles.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove the CHARGING SOCKET COVER .
- REMOVE front left wheel arch cover
Removal:
Turn sealing ring (1) to the left up to the limit position and remove.
Unclip cover housing (1) at the marked positions.
Turn and remove the cover housing (1) somewhat from the side panel.
Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.
Remove cover housing (1).
Installation:
Latch mechanisms must not be damaged
Feed cover housing (1) into the side panel. Lock plug connection (2).
Lock cover housing (1) at the marked positions in the side panel.
Position sealing ring (2) and rotate to the right up to the limit position.
Required reworking:
- Install the CHARGING SOCKET COVER .
- Install FRONT LEFT WHEEL ARCH COVER .
