13 71 000 Removing and installing/replacing intake silencer housing (N47 D16/20 K/U/O/T 1)

Unlock hose (1) below the intake silencer housing and detach.

Release connector (1) on hot film air mass meter and disconnect.

Release clamp (2).

Tightening torque: 13 71 1AZ .

Unclip Bowden cable (3) from intake silencer housing.

Pull off intake filter housing (4) upward out of the rubber mounts (5) and remove.

Reassemble the vehicle.
