67 32 600 Replacing fans for seat surface on front seat

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Partially remove seat cover for driver's or front passenger seat. See REPLACING SEAT COVER FOR DRIVER'S SEAT or REPLACING SEAT COVER FOR PASSENGER .
If applicable, remove the SEAT OCCUPANCY MAT FOR FRONT PASSENGER SEAT .

Unfasten plug connection.

Installation note:

Make sure fans have correct cable routing (1).

NOTE: For purposes of clarity, picture shows seat cushion and seat cover removed.

Raise separating net (1).

Pull faulty fans (2) out of seat cushion slightly and disconnect plug connections behind.

Carry out FUNCTION CHECK WITH ADAPTER CABLE .
