Checking tire inflation pressure

The pressure information for the approved tire sizes are located on the driver's door post.
If the tires speed rating letter is not listed, the inflation pressure for the particular size, such as 255/45, applies.
When towing a trailer, the higher load inflation pressure listed in the pressure information applies.
The pressure information applies to tire sizes approved and makes recommended by BMW.
For vehicles with a Run Flat Indicator, the indicator must be initialized after completing repair work.
