52 14 010 Removing and installing/replacing both seat rails on left or right front seat: Notes

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove FRONT DRIVER'S SEAT or FRONT PASSENGER SEAT .
Remove lower strap. See 7211071 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT LOWER STRAP FITTING (BELT TENSIONER), FRONT PASSENGER SEAT or 7211070 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT LOWER BELT FITTING (BELT TENSIONER), DRIVER'S SEAT .
Remove TRIMS FOR TOP RAIL

Unlock and disconnect plug connection (1) on drive for longitudinal seat adjustment.

Release left and right screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 10 6AZ .

Release nuts (2) on left and right on carrier plate.

Remove seat rails with motor carrier plate.
