51 12... Replace trim strip of the rear bumper panel (M aerodynamic package)

Observe notes for SECURING COMPONENTS WITH ADHESIVE TAPE .

Removal:

NOTE: Trim strip (1) has been bonded to the bumper panel with double-sided adhesive tape.

Carefully heat up the trim strip (1).

Carefully loosen the trim strip (1) from the bumper panel with special tool 00 9 325 .

Installation:

Clean adhesive area on the bumper panel (1).

Loosen liner from adhesive tape (2).

Position trim strip (3) over the guide pin on the bumper panel (1) and apply.
