64 12 673 Replacing left or right electric auxiliary heater - rear cabin: Notes

Necessary preliminary work: 

For purposes of clarity, pictures show driver's seat removed.

Unclip cover (1) in direction of arrow.

Release plastic nut (1).

Partially feed out rear cabin air duct (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation note: 

Ensure that air duct (2) is correctly seated.

Unlock and disconnect plug

connections (1) on electric auxiliary heater (2).

Unlock and disconnect plug connection (3) on temperature sensor.

Pull out air duct (4) completely.
