13 71 000 Removing and installing/replacing the intake silencer housing (N54, N54T)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Unlock and disconnect line (1).

Unclip line (1) from the intake silencer housing.

Release clamp and detach air intake hose.

Tightening torque 13 71 5AZ .

Release clamp and detach air duct.

Tightening torque 13 71 5AZ .

Pull wiring harness mounting (1) up.

Detach intake silencer housing (2) from bearing journal and remove.

Installation note:

Ensure correct seating of the intake silencer housing on the bearing journal.
