61 35 240 Removing and installing (replacing) control unit for contactless tailgate opening (X6 2015-2019)

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Remove REAR BUMPER TRIM .

Unlock and disconnect all connectors (1).

Release screw (2).

Feed out control unit of non-contact tailgate opening (3) from holder (4).

Installation note: 

Ensure correct fit of connectors (1) and control unit (3).

Make sure connecting lines are correctly routed.
