Steering angle sensor adjustment
IMPORTANT:
In vehicles with active steering, steering angle sensor adjustment is integrated in the service function "INITIAL OPERATION/ADJUSTMENT FOR ACTIVE STEERING
" and must not be carried out separately!
On vehicles with EPS steering, steering angle sensor calibration is incorporated in the service function "LEARN SOFTWARE LIMIT STOPS " and cannot be carried out separately.
On vehicles with EPS steering, steering angle sensor calibration is incorporated in the service function "LEARN SOFTWARE LIMIT STOPS " and cannot be carried out separately.
NOTE:
Steering angle sensor calibration must be carried out:
- After replacing the following components:
- STEERING ANGLE SENSOR (only replaceable on vehicles with hydraulic power steering/active steering)
Connect vehicle to diagnosis system.
Select and carry out steering angle sensor adjustment under Service functions.
