51 12 830 Removing and installing/replacing guide for rear center bumper panel (X6 2015-2019)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove REAR BUMPER PANEL .

Removal: 

If necessary, unlock and detach any plug connection.

Unscrew nuts (1).

Remove guide (2).

Installation: 

Replacement (depending on version): 

Remount SENSOR (5) for lane change warning.

Mount guide (2).

Tighten down nuts (1).

Tightening torque 51 12 4AZ .

If necessary, connect and lock any plug connection.

Required follow-up work: 

• Install REAR BUMPER PANEL .
