11 53 000 Removing and installing or replacing coolant thermostat (N57)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Illustration shows N47.

Release coolant hoses from coolant thermostat.

Release screws (1) on the thermostat housing (on N57T there are 3 screws).

Tightening torque: 11 00 2AZ .

Remove thermostat housing (2).

Installation note:

Replace gasket.

Assemble engine.

Top up COOLING SYSTEM , bleed and check for leaks.
