11 65 Connection diagram, vacuum activation (N63)

  1. Vacuum reservoir (1) cylinders 1 to 4. 
  2. Connector (2) vacuum reservoir (1) T connecting piece.
  3. Vacuum line (3) black  to vacuum pump (4).
  4. Vacuum pump (4).
  5. Connector (5) vacuum reservoir (6) 7 T-connecting piece.
  6. Vacuum reservoir (6) cylinders 5 to 8. 
  7. Vacuum hose (7) black  to pressure converter (9) connection (VAC) bank 2 cylinders 5 to 8.
  8. Vacuum hose black/blue  to connection pressure converter (OUT) bank 2 to connection vacuum unit wastegate valve cylinders 5 to 8.
  9. Electropneumatic pressure converter (EPDW) cylinders 5 to 8.
  10. Electropneumatic pressure converter (EPDW) cylinders 1 to 4.
  11. Vacuum hose (7) black  to pressure converter (9) connection (VAC) bank 2 cylinders 5 to 8.
  12. Vacuum hose black/red  to connection pressure converter (OUT) bank 1 to connection vacuum unit wastegate valve cylinders 1 to 4.

Screw connection (1) vacuum reservoir cylinders 1 to 4.

Connection (2) to vacuum pump.

Connection (3) to electropneumatic pressure converter (EPDW).

Vacuum reservoir (4) cylinder (1 to 4).

Slide on molded hose (1) for turbocharger cylinders 5 to 8.

Color code black/blue.

Slide on molded hose (1) for turbocharger cylinders 1 to 4.

Color code black/red.

Connection (1) connection OUT cylinders 5 to 8 color code blue.

Connection (2) connection VAC cylinders 5 to 8 color code black.

Connection (3) connection OUT cylinders 1 to 4 color code red.

Connection (4) connection VAC cylinders 1 to 4 color code black.

Installation note: 

Observe diagnosis instructions.

Perform turbocharger test.
