12 14 650 Replacing the vacuum pressure sensor on the pressure pipe (N20 hybrid drive)

WARNING: High-voltage system - danger to life 
Compliance with the following points is mandatory before beginning work:
IMPORTANT: Observe notes on PROTECTION FROM ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE .

Removal: 

Unlock connector (1) and remove.

Unfasten screws (2).

Feed out and remove suction pressure sensor (3) from the pressure pipe.

Preparation for installation: 

Check sealing ring of suction pressure sensor and replace if damaged.

Apply a thin coat of lubricant to sealing ring of the suction pressure sensor for installation.

Part:  Sealing ring

Installation: 

Feed in and install suction pressure sensor (3) in pressure pipe.

Tighten down screws (2).

Tightening torque 13 62 5AZ .

Attach and lock connector (1).

Connector (1) must engage audibly.
