Removing and installing/replacing cover on front left or right wheel arch (X5 M)
Special tools required:
- 00 2 230
NOTE:
The operation is described on the left side; proceed in the same way for the right side.
Release blind rivets (1).
Unfasten screws (2).
Unclip cover (3) outwards.
Installation note:
Make sure cover (2) is correctly seated on underbody protection and frame side member.
Installation note:
Apply blind rivets with special tool 00 2 230. Latch mechanisms (1) on cover (2) must not be damaged.
