11 53 795 Removing and installing/replacing changeover valve for low pressure EGR cooler (N47 SCR)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove intake silencer housing. See 13 71 000 REMOVING/REPLACING INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING (N47 D20 O1) .
• Drain coolant. See 17 00 008 DRAINING AND TOPPING UP COOLANT (N20, N55, N52T, N47 D20 O 1, N57 D30 O/T 1, B47) .

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Undo screws (2 and 3)

Pull changeover valve forwards and release hose clamps (4).

Assemble engine.

Top up COOLING SYSTEM , bleed and check for leaks.
