13 62 590 Replacing the charge air pressure sensor (upstream of throttle valve) (B38, B46, B48)

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Remove THROTTLE BODY 

Removal: 

Release screw (1).

Remove charging pressure sensor (2).

Preparation for installation: 

Check sealing ring of charge-air pressure sensor and replace if damaged.

Part:  Sealing ring

Prior to installation, apply a thin coat of anti-friction agent to sealing ring of charge-air pressure sensor.

Installation: 

Install charging pressure sensor (2).

Tighten screw (1).

Tightening torque 13 62 4AZ.
