11 31... Determining intake camshaft variant (N20)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove 1 VACUUM PUMP .

NOTE: Variant A: X = approx. 8 mm
Variant B: Y = approx. 4 mm

Identify intake camshaft variant by means of mirror (1) on vacuum pump drive flange.

IMPORTANT: If variant A is fitted, proceed with CHECKING INTAKE CAMSHAFT .
If variant B is fitted, no further action is required. Install VACUUM PUMP .
