11 65 010 Removing and installing/replacing vacuum reservoir (N63 O1)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove both exhaust turbochargers. See TURBOCHARGER, LEFT, CYLINDERS 5-8 and TURBOCHARGER, RIGHT, CYLINDERS 1-4 .
• Remove both exhaust manifolds. See LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD and RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD .
• Remove HEAT SHIELD AT BOTTOM .

Release vacuum line (3).

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque: 11 65 10AZ .

Remove vacuum reservoir (2).

Assemble engine.

Check vacuum connections.

Observe BMW diagnosis instructions.
