66 53 060 Removing and installing/replacing the Top View camera
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove retaining ring on exterior mirror. See REPLACING RETAINING RING ON LEFT OR RIGHT EXTERIOR MIRROR (UP TO 07/12) or REPLACING RETAINING RING ON LEFT OR RIGHT EXTERIOR MIRROR (FROM 07/12)
Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Unfasten screws (2).
Remove exterior mirror camera.
After re-assembly:
Carry out the service function:
- Driver assistance
- All-round vision camera
- Calibration and teaching in for all-round vision camera
Replacement:
Carry out PROGRAMMING/ENCODING .
Carry out the service function:
- Driver assistance
- All-round vision camera
- All-round vision camera programming
