Fault description

Diagnosis monitors throttle valve adaptation.

When the voltage values of the two sensors are not in the activated state they are not in the valid range for the emergency running position (sensor 1: 0, 74 V +/- 0, 3 V; sensor 2: 4, 26 V +/- 0, 3 V

Possible fault cause:

• Throttle valve 2 impaired by soiling
• Wiring harness between DME and throttle valve defective

• Throttle valve 2 defective
