When replacing the right exhaust turbocharger: Remount components

Unscrew the banjo bolt (1) .
Loosen screw (2) .
Remove the coolant pipe.

Unscrew the banjo bolt (1) .
Loosen screw (2) .
Remove the coolant pipe (3) .

Replace the banjo bolt.
Parts: Hollow bolt
Replace seals (1) .
Parts: Seals

Replace the right exhaust turbocharger.
Parts: Right exhaust turbocharger
Position the coolant pipe (3) .
Position the banjo bolt (1) and screw in several threads.
Hand-tighten the bolt (2) .
Tighten the banjo bolt (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Banjo bolt for coolant pipe to exhaust turbocharger
Hollow bolt	Replace the banjo bolt. Joining torque	8 Nm
Hollow bolt	Angle of rotation	60°

Tighten down screw (2) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant line to exhaust turbocharger
M6x16	tightening torque	10 Nm

Replace the banjo bolt.
Parts: Hollow bolt
Replace seals (1) .
Parts: Seals

Hand-tighten the bolt (2) .
Tighten the banjo bolt (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Banjo bolt for coolant pipe to exhaust turbocharger
Hollow bolt	Replace the banjo bolt. Joining torque	8 Nm
Hollow bolt	Angle of rotation	60°

Tighten down screw (2) .
