Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the calculated cutout time of the engine by comparison with the engine coolant cooling rate while the engine is not in operation.

Fault monitoring conditions:

This fault code is detected whenever the actual time required for the engine temperature to cool down takes implausibly longer than the theoretical time.
