51 47... Removing and installing/replacing luggage compartment panel end cover on left or right

Left end cover: 

Unclip end cover (1) at indicated locations and lift off.

Installation: 

Replace faulty retainers (1).

Right end cover: 

Pull upward on end cover (2) at leather tab (1) and remove.
