REP-TAT-P-1165-02 Install electric wastegate valve actuator

• Position installation aids (1) to (4).
• (4) Check correct installation of the installation aids (1).

• (1) Install electric wastegate valve actuator and position correctly.
• Attach the wastegate linkage (2) in the marked area to the linkage of the wastegate valve.
• Screw all of the bolts of the electric wastegate valve actuators in by 1.5 turns.
• Disassemble all installation aids.

• Mount the clamp (1).

• Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTEN TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS

Electrical controller drive to exhaust turbocharger
M4 Disassemble all installation aids!	3 ± 0.5 Nm

• If necessary, connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector must engage audibly.
