REP-TAT-P-1141-25 When replacing the oil vacuum pump: Remount installed parts

• Loosen screws (1).
• Detach oil intake manifold (2) from the oil vacuum pump.

• Fasten the oil vacuum pump and the camshaft sprocket (2) with a suitable tool.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
The thread is a left-hand thread.

• Loosen screw (1) and remove the camshaft sprocket (2).

• Replace the screw (1).

  Parts:  screw

• Position camshaft sprocket (2) on the new oil/vacuum pump so that the labeling FRONT is legible on the camshaft sprocket.
• Fasten the oil vacuum pump and the camshaft sprocket (2) with a suitable tool.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
The thread is a left-hand thread.

• Tighten screw (1) with the special tool 0 490 504 (00 9 120)  .

TIGHTEN TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS

Sprocket wheel at the oil vacuum pump
Torx socket M8x1.25 LHx35 Replace screw. Left-hand thread!	Joining torque	5 Nm
	Angle of rotation	90°

• Check O-ring for damage.
• If necessary, replace the oil vacuum pipe.

• Position oil intake manifold (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTEN TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS

Oil intake manifold to oil pump
Hexagon screw M6x25	8 Nm
