Remove and install/replace the VDM control unit
Special tools required:
- 64 1 020
IMPORTANT:
Read and comply with NOTES ON ESD PROTECTION (ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
Remove flap (1) on rear right in luggage compartment trim panel.
Unscrew nuts (1).
Unlock connector (2) and remove.
Remove control unit.
After installation:
- Carry out PROGRAMMING/ENCODING .
- Start up the VDM with the aid of the diagnosis system
- Carry out RIDE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT .
