Fault description

Diagnosis monitors whether throttle valve reaches specified position beneath emergency running position in specified time during throttle return spring check.

Fault monitoring conditions:

Fault is detected if throttle valve fails to reach a position of less than 2.5% and greater than 0.4% within 300 ms.
