Temperature precondition:

The following applies for B38:

• Coolant temperature less than limit value at engine start: ~39.755 °C

Following applies to all other versions:

• Coolant temperature greater than 80 °C

Time precondition:

• None

Other preconditions:

The following applies for B38:

• Engine running.
• Difference of the intake air temperature for the initial engine temperature is below limit value 3°C
• Difference of the intake air temperature for the initial intake air temperature less than limit value: 5.25 °C

Following applies to all other versions:

• Driving speed greater than 45 km/h.

• Air mass less than 200 kg/h.
• Intake air temperature between -10 °C and 60 °C.

Control unit voltage: 9 V to 16 V.
