Action in service

If faults relating to the load-shedding relay for ignition and injection are present, then rectify these first. The wastegate valve is supplied via this relay.

Check lines and plug connections between the following components:

• DME.
• Wastegate valve electrical controller drive.

Perform system test.

Play compensation by re-adjusting the nuts on the thread/re-adjust the angular plate.

Disassemble the wastegate linkage and activate the controller via the tester job.

Replace electrical controller drive, wastegate valve.
