51 34 191 Replacing left or right fixed door window in rear window frame

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove DECORATIVE STRIP ON WINDOW FRAME of rear door.
Remove COVER ON DOOR WINDOW FRAME .
Remove WINDOW CAVITY COVER STRIP on inside of rear door.

Version with roller sun blind only:

Remove ROLLER SUN BLIND .

Partially pull rubber guide (1) out of side window guide.

Release screws underneath in window guide.

Tightening torque: 51 35 5AZ .

Feed guide rail (1) out of door structure.

Release screw (1).

Replacement only:

Apply butyl from rear in screwing area.
