51 45 370 Removing and installing (replacing) left decorative strip on dashboard

Special tools required:

00 9 317

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

NOTE: Graphic shows F01.

Carefully remove decorative strip (1) 00 9 317 with special tool and disconnect plug connection behind.

Installation note:

Make sure clamps (1) are correctly seated on decorative strip (2).

Replace defective clamps.

Replacement:

Remount LIGHT OPERATING UNIT .

Remount clamps (1).
