41 14 511 Replacing Complete Rear Left Wheel Arch (Rear Left Side Panel Removed)

Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe specific PROCEDURE .

Place vehicle on straightening bench.

Following new body parts are required:

(1) B-pillar, outer left
(2) Wheel arch, rear, outer half, left
(3) Wheel arch, inner rear left
(4) Side section, inner left
(5) Cavity acoustic baffle, window cavity (not pictured)

Installation:

Adjust new part to fit with straightening attachment or universal mount (soft top securing mount).

BOND new part in area (1).

Set two BLIND RIVETS N3 in area (1).

Weld new part in accordance with body.
