51 71 482 Removing and installing/replacing left or right tension strut

IMPORTANT: Vehicles must not be driven without tension struts.
Driving without tension struts may damage the vehicle body.
Tension strut bolts must be tightened to torque and then tightened down with special tool 00 9 120.

Tension strut, left and right 

Release bolts (1, 2) and nuts (3) and remove tension strut (4).

Installation: 

Replace bolts (1 and 2).

Tightening torque 51 71 31AZ .
