17 12 010 Removing and installing/replacing coolant pipe on front axle (N54)

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove left CHARGE-AIR DUCT
Draining COOLANT

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 17 10 5AZ .

Unfasten and detach coolant pipe from expansion tank (2).

Unfasten and detach coolant pipe from coolant thermostat (3).

Unfasten and detach coolant pipe from coolant hose (4).

Feed out coolant pipe and remove.

Assemble engine.

Top up COOLANT .

Check cooling system for LEAKS .
