25 12 060 Replacing gearshift lever knob for twin-clutch gearbox N54

Release installation frame (1) from center console.

Disconnect plugs (1) and (2).

NOTE: Do not twist shift lever knob during removal as this would cause the antitwist lock in the knob to shear off.

Tug firmly to remove knob.

Installation

Fit shift lever knob on shift lever, align and press on until it snaps noticeably into place.
