TWIN CLUTCH GEARBOX SERVICING INSTRUCTION

Replacement of clutch and after all work on opened transmission
  1. Carry out fluid adjustment
  2. Teach in valve characteristic curves
  3. Teach in kiss point
  4. Parking lock hook test
Replacement of oil pump
  1. Carry out fluid adjustment
  2. Teach in valve characteristic curves
  3. Teach in kiss point
  4. Parking lock hook test
Replacement of transmission (complete)
  1. Read out transmission data before replacement
  2. Parking lock hook test
  3. Write transmission data
  4. Carry out fluid adjustment
Replacement/repair of parking lock cable, selector lever with parking lock unit
  1. Parking lock hook test
Replacement of combination sensor
  1. Carry out fluid adjustment
  2. Teach in valve characteristic curves
  3. Teach in kiss point
  4. Parking lock hook test
Opening/replacement of fluid adjustment screw, repair/replacement of transmission fluid cooler, oil cooler lines, thermostat, water/oil heat exchanger (M3) and seals
  1. Carry out fluid adjustment
