13 71 165 Removing bottom clean air pipe (N20)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove top CLEAN AIR PIPE .
• Remove ENGINE VENT LINE .
• Remove PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION .
• AWD vehicles only: 

  Remove REINFORCEMENT PLATE .

Unlock tank ventilation line (1) and disconnect.

Slacken nut (1).

Tightening torque 13 71 5AZ .

Pull off, thread out and remove bottom clean air pipe (2) from exhaust turbocharger.

Check gasket, renew damaged gasket.

Assemble engine.
