Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the plausibility of the signals from the intake camshaft.

The fault is detected when the signals deviate too far from the expected value.

Possible fault cause:

• Electromagnetic disturbance
• Wiring harness defective
• Intake camshaft sensor defective
