Fault description
Diagnosis monitors the trim control (integrator of trim controller --> permanent deviation).
The fault is detected when the integral-action component of the trim controller is greater than -4 %.
Possible cause of fault:
- Secondary fault
- Silencer system leaking between control and monitoring oxygen sensor
- Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter defective
- Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter defective
- Wiring harness of oxygen sensor after catalytic converter defective
- DME defective
