Fault description

This diagnosis monitors, whether both communication paths (A-CAN/FA-CAN) between transmission and engine management are defective, i.e. a redundancy does not exist.

CAN ETCU/GB-redundancy failed

Possible fault cause:

EGS deactivated or not connected to A- and FA-CAN.
